Treat your Mum or that special woman in your life for this Mother’s Day. Indulge on our Bienenstich Cake or Almond Polenta & Passionfruit Cake that are both Vegan and Gluten Free. We carefully develop our own recipe for a rich buttery almond cake added with polenta to give a bit of a crunch texture. Serve with a dollop of Coconut yoghurt if yoou’d like. As for a Bienenstich Cake, what is better than creamy vanilla custard sandwiched between layers of soft vanilla cake topped with crunchy almond? Our selection of cake is unpretentious and straight up delicious, would be enjoyed by everyone
