What is a vegan cake?
Our Vegan cake is the cake that made without any animal product. So we don’t use eggs, butter, milk, dairy, honey, or any product that comes from an animal. Our vegan cakes suitable for people that has allergies for the ingredients listed below. We make our cakes tastes so much like the real thing, you wouldn’t even notice the difference!

Are your Gluten Free cake safe for Coeliac?
We always make sure that we wash and clean our utensils before making any gluten free product to avoid contamination. But we can’t fully guarantee it will be 100% contamination free since the product are made in the same kitchen that process non gluten free product.

How do I place an order?

If you’d like to place an order please select the cake that you are after, dietary requirement, and a date for which you require the order. It’s not a problem if you’re not sure what you’re after, we could help and discuss what you need. We’ll aim to respond within 48 hours, though we’ll probably get back to you much sooner. Your order is not final until you received a confirmation email from us with bank details and pick up address.

Will my cake be ok in the fridge overnight if I collect it the day before my event?
Yes! All of our cakes can be eaten 24 – 48 hours after pick up. We recommend you to wrap the entire cake box in 2 layers of cling film before storing in the fridge. This keeps the cake free of fridge odours and helps any edible flowers to remain fresh. Bring the cake to room temperature before serving. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heaters or flames.

How long does the cake last?
If you could resist the temptation of eating it in one sitting, we recommend storing it in your fridge for no longer than 3-4 days in an airtight container, to avoid it absorbing any fridgy smells. Cakes are best served at room temperature, but leaving either of these things out for too long will encourage them go stale a lot faster.

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
Yes, we can change any order with 5 days notice. Simply email us and let us know what you would like to change. We will confirm all updated orders via email.

What’s your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund if you need to cancel your order within 5 working day before it’s collection date.

How far in advance should I book my cake with you?
As soon as you can. We take orders on a first come, first serve basis and have limited availability. All of our cakes are made to order.

Do you do delivery?

While we prefer that you collect your order, yes, we can deliver to selected suburbs in Perth Metro area. Delivery charges and availability depending on your distance from our kitchen in kilometres. If you require a quote, please get in touch via the order form and provide us a with a valid address for a quote.
